TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • If any participant misses more than 2 weeks during the session then Mayuri will make a decision if the participant will be able to catch up and still participate in the show

  • If a participant misses any classes, there will NOT be any make-up classes unless the whole class is cancelled for a genuine reason

  • If for any reason we have to cancel a class due to any other genuine reason then a make-up class will be scheduled based on the facility availability, we will let you know the date and time. In any case if you cannot make it to this make up class then there are No refunds or credits

  • If a participant misses any classes during the session, they will practice with the videos posted on the Whatsapp Group and they will catch up on those steps and formations once they come back, Mayuri will further help them with the steps

  • Parents or siblings are strictly not allowed to view or sit in the room when the class is going on. However, the last 5 min of the class is parents time to come watch the kids dance and record the video for practice. We do not expect anyone to take videos for the whole team , so we kindly request you to please be prepared to take your own videos for practice

  • Grouping and positioning of the participants in the team is absolutely done only by Mayuri. We do not encourage any kind of requests to move participants' positions to certain numbers

  • Due to advance payments made to facilities & auditoriums Nache Mayuri Bollywood Dance School cannot give credit and/or refunds for class(es) missed due to holiday, vacation, illness, weather, personal liking disliking of songs/costume etc. Hence Payments made are not refundable or transferable to anyone else or future sessions under ANY circumstances(Absolutely no exceptions will be made here)

  • Nache Mayuri Bollywood Dance school shows/presentations/recitals/classes will be covered by the media. By signing up, You hereby authorize Nache Mayuri Bollywood Dance school to use any student names, photographs, or video, in perpetuity for the promotion of Nache Mayuri Bollywood Dance school publicity, television, media coverage, or otherwise. 

  • By signing up, You hereby authorize Nache Mayuri Bollywood Dance school that there are specific risks of physical or property damages, losses, or injury that may result from you or your child's participation with Nache Mayuri Dance school and thereby confirm that yourself or your child is medically, mentally, and physically fit to participate in Nache Mayuri Bollywood dance classes and performances, and that I/he/she has no physical or mental conditions that may affect my/his/her ability to do so

  • Please make sure that you have had sufficient opportunity to read this entire document and You assure that You have read and understood it, and agree to be bound by its terms before you attend the 1st class
